REFUND POLICY

Cancellations

Orders that are placed can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care in time that is before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, will refund the full amount back into your account. It may take 8 - 9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 Refunds

On single purchases we only provide refunds or replacements if the products are damaged during shipping or any other genuine case (final decision taken by us), provided that you reach out to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery of said Order. If the products are used, we do not offer a refund, as the product now cannot be resold to any other customer.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is informed on the website from time to time. For all orders below the minimum order amount of INR 1999, an additional shipping charge of INR 100 will be applied at checkout. The order will take 10-15 days to reach your doorstep. You can consider the shipping rates shown at the time of checkout to be final.

Cash on delivery
For all cash-on-delivery purchases, an additional handling fee of INR 150 plus shipping charges will be applied at checkout. We will call your mobile number to confirm the order prior to processing your COD order. Any unreachable customer will be emailed for further contact. If we are unable to get in touch with you for 8 days from the date of your order, it will automatically get cancelled.
